I just placed an order, when will it ship?

We take 1-2 business days to ship your order. Once it leaves our boutique we cannot control the shipping time. We ship usps first class or priority depending upon the weight of the shipment. All order come with shipping insurance incase your order is lost in the mail.

How can I return and online order?

Once you receive the order you have 14 days to return the order back to us at your expense for store credit or exchange. Items returned must be in perfect condition, not worn or washed and with all original tags. If the item comes back to us with an odor or looks to be in worn condition we reserve the right to deny the return. 

When placing my order online, I accidentally chose local pick up when I need it shipped to me, what do I do now?

  • If this happens please send us a message through our website or email with the correct address to ship. Please send $5 to kindredmarket@gmail.com through paypal to pay for the shared shipping costs.

Do you have a store to shop in?

Yes! We are located at 114 E Main Street Forney Tx 75126, right next to Latham bakery in downtown.

What are your hours of operation?

We are open Tuesday-Saturday from 10am-6pm.

Do the clothes fit true to size?

Mostly they do! Boutique clothing can run larger than the average department store clothing. We have a description of the fit and fabric on each item as well as a size guide for each item. Make sure to read about the model and her sizing in reference to each clothing piece as well. If you have further questions, please reach out to one of our knowledgeable employees for advice. How do I apply for a job with Kindred Market Boutique?

When do you release new arrivals?

We release between 10-30 new arrivals every Wednesday. These items can be shopped online, in store or during our Live Facebook and Instagram Sale every thursday at 10:30am cst. 

What items are final sale?

  • Final sale items include anything bought at a discount price, jewelry, hats and bath products

What do I do if my order arrives damaged?

We will make it right! Please email us at Kindredmarket@gmail.com or call our store at (469) 596-2175 to let us know the issue. We will resolve each issue on a case by case basis.
